Five talented pianists from Poland, Italy, France, Spain and Germany squander his talent in Caracas, during the celebration of the 2012 European Piano Festival which began on thursday May 10. The event is part of the commemoration of Europe Day, celebrated every year on May 9. The first concert open to the general public was performed by the German Schmiedel Alexandra, and Italian Franchesco Taskayali, who was accompanied by the Youth Symphony Francisco de Miranda, led by Andres Gonzalez. The repertoire includes "Concerto for Piano and Orchestra" by Edvard Grieg and "Devenire" concerto for piano and orchestra by Ludovico Einaudi.
The presentation will be held at the Center for Social Action Through Music, this evening at 5:00 pm. Meanwhile, the Polish pianist Marek Bracha played the "Polonaise Fantasia" by Frederic Chopin, the French Guillaume Vincent construed Preludes 2, 3 and 5 of "Opus 23" by Sergei Rachmaninov, and Germany's Alexandra Schmiedel closed the concert with Widmung of Schumann / Liszt.
